Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery to the contiguous United States usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses may take a few days longer. During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays) carriers may experience delays.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first update after dispatch.
Duties and taxes
You will never be asked to pay import fees on delivery. Any duties are covered by us.
Multiple items
Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering so we can fix it before dispatch.
