30-day happiness guarantee. If your little one doesn't love their new toy, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return and a full refund.
How to start a return
- Email littlevivaro@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 24 hours on business days with the return instructions and address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as packages sent to the wrong address can't be processed.
- Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Conditions
- Items should be returned with all their pieces and, when possible, in the original packaging.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. The original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted from your refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.
Missing pieces
Lost a piece? Send us a photo and we'll do our best to ship a replacement part free of charge.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Just email us as soon as possible.
