How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in about 7–12 business days in the US. Shipping is always free.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive it by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay any import fees?
No. You will never be asked to pay extra fees on delivery.
What age are the toys for?
Each product page shows the recommended age. Most of our toys are designed for toddlers from 1 to 5 years old. Always supervise young children during play.
Are the materials safe?
We choose toys made from child-friendly materials and include the safety warnings for each age group. Please read the warnings on each product page.
Can I return a toy?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
What if something arrives damaged or a piece is missing?
Email us a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a refund. You won't need to send anything back.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible.
